The Role:
The Content Support Analyst will collaborate with our dedicated Content team to enhance AlphaSense’s content offerings and address client needs. You will work closely with product managers, other content analysts, software engineers, and content vendors. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new content sources, configuring automated content ingestion processes, and ensuring high content quality. You will handle a variety of content sets, including public company presentations, news articles, regulatory documents, trade journals, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, prior experience in content onboarding and support, effective analytical skills, proficiency in web research, and adept troubleshooting abilities.
