Job Description:
• Collaborate closely with the DSM and Infrastructure Lead to meet all packaging requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation and technical guides, including system designs.
• Package and deploy enterprise applications efficiently.
• Diagnose technical issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Engage in technical communication with in-house teams (Storage, Networks, VMware) and third-party vendors, both proactively and reactively.
• Remotely add applications to the client's standard desktops/laptops by packaging them in AppV, THIN APP, or MSI format and deploying them via SCCM 2007/2012.

Requirements:
