Role overview
This is a 6-month contract position for a Design Recruiter based in Seattle, Washington. The role centers on finding and hiring top design professionals to support Anduril’s growth. Working within a small, hands-on recruiting team, the recruiter partners closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional groups to meet hiring goals. The position offers autonomy and access to the tools needed to deliver results.
What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for design roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct interviews and in-depth portfolio reviews for candidates in areas such as industrial design, interaction design, branding, motion graphics, environmental design, concept development, and video production.
- Source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and by engaging with design communities, platforms, and industry events.
- Work with Design Leadership to understand team needs, define job requirements, and craft compelling value propositions for design talent.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team, communicating the company’s design culture and impact to prospective candidates.
