Role overview

This is a 6-month contract position for a Design Recruiter based in Seattle, Washington. The role centers on finding and hiring top design professionals to support Anduril’s growth. Working within a small, hands-on recruiting team, the recruiter partners closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional groups to meet hiring goals. The position offers autonomy and access to the tools needed to deliver results.

What you will do

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for design roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Conduct interviews and in-depth portfolio reviews for candidates in areas such as industrial design, interaction design, branding, motion graphics, environmental design, concept development, and video production.
Source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and by engaging with design communities, platforms, and industry events.
Work with Design Leadership to understand team needs, define job requirements, and craft compelling value propositions for design talent.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team, communicating the company’s design culture and impact to prospective candidates.

Requirements
