Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience with Rockwell software and AB CompactLogix, GuardLogix, and PanelView Plus platforms. Solid electrical knowledge, including hardware installation and wiring. Technical proficiency in programming and debugging automated robotic welding, sealing, fastening, and assembly systems. Ability to program PanelView (HMI) and PLC systems. Creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.

Your Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing highly automated control systems, including robotics and welding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and program PLC, HMI, robots, and other electronic or electrical manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for malfunctioning equipment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as reducing cycle times, standardizing existing equipment, and implementing error-proofing strategies.

Shift Details:

This is a 2nd Shift position, scheduled from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at our Spartanburg, SC plant. There may be occasions where you are required to arrive early, stay late, or work weekends to meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.
