We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Chatbot Developer to spearhead the development, testing, and implementation of the NICE CXone AI software platform. This dynamic role requires hands-on technical expertise in designing and deploying the NICE Proactive AI Agent, alongside Omilia and Cognigy software solutions. Familiarity with various call center technologies such as NICE CXone, IVR/ACD systems, VoIP, Email, SMS, and Chat systems will be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will include developing cutting-edge features for the NICE Proactive AI product, conducting unit tests, performing code reviews, troubleshooting issues encountered during the QA process, supporting production environments, and collaborating with fellow developers in a team-oriented setting.
