About the Role
The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert will enhance the performance of our clients’ websites by applying data-driven strategies to maximize their conversion rates.
This pivotal role involves analyzing user behavior, pinpointing optimization opportunities, and implementing modifications to enhance overall site performance. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, web developers, and other team members.
Your duties will encompass developing tailored Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for our clients, conducting website audits to identify improvement areas, executing A/B and multivariate tests to ascertain necessary changes, and collaborating with our internal teams to implement, monitor, and further refine the results of optimizations.

The primary mission of our Conversion Rate Optimization Expert is to drive measurable enhancements in our clients’ e-commerce website performance by implementing customized CRO strategies. This role involves direct optimization of brand websites and utilizing data-driven insights to improve user experiences, maximize conversion rates, and generate genuine business growth for our clients.
General Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of our Conversion Rate Optimization Expert include, but are not limited to:
- Crafting and executing customized, data-driven backend CRO strategies for our agency’s clients to improve website performance and boost conversion rates.
- Conducting comprehensive brand audits of clients’ websites to identify improvement opportunities.
- Performing detailed analysis of user behavior using analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to detect trends and optimization opportunities.
- Designing, executing, and managing A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of the CRO changes implemented.
- Optimizing brands’ landing and product pages, checkout processes, and overall website structure.
- Collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to implement best practices in website optimization.
