We are seeking a data-driven professional who can transform insights into actionable decisions, possessing a holistic view of the business, and the ability to integrate marketing, sales, and communication through evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the sales funnel by influencing four strategic metrics: new customers, average ticket size, repeat purchases, and referrals.
Analyze channel acquisition, conversion rates, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop retention strategies and measure customer satisfaction.
Integrate data from CRM, ERP, billing, and commercial reports.
Design and structure clean and traceable databases.
Create executive dashboards and commercial projection models.
Conduct A/B testing, formulate hypotheses, and assess real-world impact.
Translate metrics into strategic adjustments for communication and positioning.
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align narrative with conversion goals.
Qualifications:
A foundational background in Marketing with a specialization or solid experience in advanced analytics, e-commerce, commercial intelligence, or digital performance. (Mandatory)
Experience in modeling funnels and conversion metrics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.(Required)
Education in data analysis, Big Data, Data Analytics, or similar fields. (Mandatory)
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with CRM and visualization tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. (Preferred)
Basic to intermediate statistical analysis knowledge.
Understanding of commercial processes and billing.
Structured analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into strategic decisions.
Attention to detail, methodology, and a results-oriented mindset.
