Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
  • Maintain quality and consistency in every dish served
  • Collaborate with team members to provide memorable dining experiences
  • Assist with general kitchen operations as needed

  • Ability to work well with others in a kitchen setting
  • Comfort working in a busy environment
  • Willingness to learn and accept direction from senior chefs
