Position Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Corporate Counsel who embodies a people-first mindset, humor, positivity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Your key responsibility will be to develop, launch, and manage hospitality products, processes, and services that distinguish our communities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in multifamily or hospitality law, a keen interest in technology and innovation, and a proactive approach to driving management plans across our national portfolio. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to adapt to evolving challenges.
This role offers the chance to engage with all facets of the Legal Department, focusing initially on Landlord/Tenant Law. This remote position is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to a rapidly growing entrepreneurial company. Success in this role requires a quick learning ability and a commitment to supporting business strategies while embracing new responsibilities. You will report to the Senior General Counsel, with a primary focus on supporting our Operations team.
