About the Role and Team

In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, investigating, and initiating fiduciary duty claims on behalf of the firm’s investor clients. This position is pivotal to our case generation and business development efforts, requiring a keen analytical approach to potential claims, investigation of conflicts of interest, and corporate misconduct. You will advise and present potential claims to institutional investor clients, hedge funds, and individual investors, as well as draft investigative demands and initial court filings, including complaints and briefs. The ideal candidate will possess a robust educational background and excel in communication, legal research, writing, and oral presentation skills. We seek a proactive team player, eager to learn, self-motivated, and intellectually curious. This opportunity is perfect for a driven, entrepreneurial individual passionate about advocating for wronged investors and who approaches conflicts of interest and litigation strategy with critical and creative thinking.

This role is situated within the case evaluation team of our corporate governance department, collaborating closely with the firm’s Financial Analysis, Institutional Investor Services, and Federal Securities New Matters teams.
