Role overview
The Creative Content Manager leads content strategy and execution for N2O across every channel. Working within the in-house Marketing and Communications team, this role focuses on elevating N2O’s profile and advocating for the agency and its sub-brands in B2B contexts. The Creative Content Manager manages the Digital Executive and takes ownership of the publishing calendar, making decisions about what content is published, when, and how. The goal is to produce high-quality, insight-driven content that showcases N2O’s expertise and distinctive point of view.
What you will do
- Shape and carry out content strategy across digital and offline channels
- Oversee the Digital Executive within the Marketing and Communications team
- Plan, schedule, and ensure quality control for all agency publications
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to develop thought leadership, campaign stories, and brand narratives
- Increase both the pace and volume of content output while maintaining high standards
