Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing, implementing, and refining game mechanics, systems, levels, encounters, or narratives based on your specialization.
- Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including programmers, artists, and producers, to ensure smooth gameplay integration.
- Creating and updating design documentation, prototypes, and iterative enhancements informed by internal testing and player feedback.
- Balancing and fine-tuning gameplay mechanics to create engaging and rewarding player experiences.
- Analyzing player behavior and feedback to continually improve game design.
