About the Role

The Creative Lead is a pivotal leadership position within Flo’s Creative Studio, guiding a diverse team focused solely on producing high-volume, performance-driven creative for user acquisition.

This role involves leading approximately 10 in-house creatives (graphic designers, motion designers, and video editors) while managing a freelance team of around 6, ensuring the delivery of impactful user acquisition assets that drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Content & Creative, the Creative Lead guarantees that creative outputs align with user acquisition strategies, channel plans, and brand guidelines. This position sits at the crossroads of creative brilliance, operational effectiveness, and commercial success.

A significant aspect of this role emphasizes leadership, creative review and sign-off, optimizing AI-enabled workflows, managing workloads, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition Managers.

While the role is primarily focused on leadership, it also requires strong hands-on design skills. The Creative Lead is expected to engage in high-priority projects, concept development, or assist in resource allocation as needed.

Role Scope

  • Manage approximately 10 in-house creatives across design, motion graphics, and video production.

  • Oversee freelance resources and budget management.

  • Ensure high creative quality and efficiency across all user acquisition channels.

  • Collaborate directly with User Acquisition Managers and Strategists within project teams.

  • Accountable for team creative output impacting acquisition KPIs and revenue.
