About the Role
As a Content Creator on the Swap Marketing Team, your mission will be to craft the narrative that shapes our global perception. From ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publication, you will be the driving force behind engaging, social-first content that informs and captivates our audience.
You will collaborate closely with leaders across brand, growth, and product marketing to transform key messages into compelling visual assets, enhancing brand awareness and establishing a distinctive voice in a highly technical field. Your ability to manage multiple projects while thinking both conceptually and operationally is crucial, as is your skill in adapting content for various platforms and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish diverse content formats, including social media videos, paid advertisements, and brand visuals for our website, emails, and campaigns.
- Film, voice, edit, and post content tailored to each platform, ensuring clarity, appropriate pacing, and adherence to best practices.
- Transform complex or technical product concepts into clear, engaging visual stories across both video and static formats.
- Craft sharp, on-brand copy for captions, scripts, and social media posts.
- Assist the Creative Director, Brand Director, and the broader team in campaign storytelling and execution.
- Contribute to the evolution of our monthly content strategy, including tone, topics, format mix, and cadence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant cultural moments.
- Maintain and update content calendars, adjusting assets based on platform insights and performance metrics.
