About the Role
The Creator Success Manager is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue through the development and maintenance of a high-value creator portfolio. This position is centered around data-driven monetization strategies, robust relationship management, and proactive risk mitigation. You will operate at the convergence of creator partnerships, revenue enhancement, and product engagement.
Your success will be gauged by tangible revenue increases, ongoing creator retention, and your ability to convert insights into actionable strategies that enable creators to maximize their earnings and foster long-term engagement.
This is an individual contributor role characterized by significant accountability, defined revenue targets, and impactful cross-functional collaboration. Please note that this position is not focused on customer support or campaign execution.

Strategic Development
- Develop and manage a growth strategy for your portfolio that prioritizes creator revenue, retention, and enduring value.
- Identify monetization prospects, areas for product adoption, and potential churn risks through performance and revenue analytics.
- Craft personalized, data-driven growth plans for creators based on experimentation and clearly defined success metrics.
- Proactively anticipate shifts in creator engagement or performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
