Kia Belgium offers a CRM & Customer Experience Internship based in Zaventem, starting September 2026. This internship sits within the Channel department and focuses on data analytics, reporting, and enterprise systems. The role is designed for students enrolled at a Belgian university or university college (hogeschool) and must count toward academic credit. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
The Zaventem office brings together colleagues from 37 nationalities, creating a diverse and collaborative workplace. Interns will work closely with an experienced CRM and Customer Experience professional, gaining hands-on experience with real projects and business processes.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze CRM and systems data to support business teams.
- Build and update dashboards and reports using CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and spreadsheets.
- Document data mappings across enterprise systems such as SAP, Dealer Portal, Siebel, and Salesforce.
- Work with IT and system owners to understand data sources, clarify field definitions, and spot missing or unclear information.
- Examine customer journeys to identify data issues or friction points.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or Management Science, with the internship required by your curriculum.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, comfortable handling complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and formulas.
- Confidence working with a range of tools and systems.
- Collaborative, eager to learn, and ready to contribute ideas and enthusiasm.
- Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
