Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven CRM Manager to become a pivotal part of our Business Intelligence team, taking charge of our HubSpot ecosystem as a fundamental catalyst for Growth and Marketing success. Your key responsibility will be to perpetually enhance our CRM configuration, emphasizing automation, data integrity, and scalable system architecture.

Positioned at the crossroads of Growth, Finance, and Technology, you will be instrumental in streamlining our commercial processes, ensuring they are efficient, data-informed, and scalable. You will be tasked with designing and maintaining dependable data flows across the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to closed revenue, while working in close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and continuously enhance HubSpot as the primary CRM for Sales.

  • Design and optimize comprehensive commercial processes throughout the revenue funnel.

  • Develop and uphold automated workflows aimed at boosting efficiency and conversion rates.

  • Oversee integrations between HubSpot and the broader data and systems ecosystem.

  • Guarantee data quality, consistency, and reliable reporting for tracking growth and revenue.

  • Serve as the primary contact for HubSpot, working in collaboration with Growth, Finance, and Technology teams.

  • Maintain clear documentation and governance of CRM processes and data.

  • Define and prioritize the CRM roadmap, concentrating on scalability and business impact.
