WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are in search of a seasoned CRM professional with a robust background in subscription-based technology enterprises. You should possess a proven history of crafting and executing CRM strategies that enhance retention and elevate customer lifetime value.

You are well-versed in subscription models, recurring revenue dynamics, and industry best practices in subscription management. Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is essential, along with strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.

As the CRM Manager – Subscriptions, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design and implementation of CRM strategies for subscription products that align with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Providing strategic direction to senior CRM team members regarding best practices and emerging trends.
  • Overseeing and mentoring a Senior CRM Executive, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
