Qualifications

Proven track record in building and managing a pipeline of expansion opportunities within existing SMB and MM clientele. Ability to collaborate with SMB and MM Customer Success Managers to pinpoint growth areas. Experience in prospecting within the existing customer base through proactive outreach and internal referrals. Demonstrated ability to sell across Muck Rack’s diverse product suite (Media Intelligence, Press Release, Social Listening, Gen Pulse, etc.). Strong forecasting skills for monthly and quarterly expansion bookings. Experience in account and territory planning in conjunction with your CSM pod. Capability to drive pipeline creation, conversion, and the progression of deals related to expansion opportunities. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to maintain alignment across sales and customer success teams.

Muck Rack is looking for a Customer Account Executive to help drive revenue growth within its existing customer accounts. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Role overview

This role centers on expanding relationships with current clients. The Customer Account Executive will seek out opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Muck Rack’s SaaS platform, working to strengthen account value and deepen customer engagement.
