Qualifications
Your daily responsibilities will include:1. Sales / Service EfficiencyAchieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Prevent contract terminations and ensure customer contract retention. Monitor and evaluate customer service satisfaction. Respond swiftly to changing customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct comprehensive surveys ensuring all pertinent details are captured. Sell according to established pricing and discount structures approved by management. Adhere to all processes, procedures, and quality standards. Utilize appropriate sales kits and maintain a professional selling approach.2. Administration and Policy ComplianceEnsure all documentation for contract renewals and upselling is complete, accurate, and in line with standard operating procedures (SOP). Drive compliance with SHE policies and achieve the target for Lost Time Accident Rate (LTAR) for Pest Control and Hygiene. Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, issues, and updates. Maintain accurate records and timely submission of required reports and documents. Perform other duties as assigned.3. Customer DevelopmentAddress all customer complaints and inquiries urgently, in accordance with the company's SOPs and 2/24 promise. Conduct regular face-to-face visits to foster strong business relationships and enhance customer retention.
