Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues – in writing and via phone;
Do everything to ensure customer satisfaction ;
Evaluate situations and find appropriate solutions;
Communicate with colleagues across the Customer Care department;
Help shape Twisto's image alongside the marketing team – as we are the only ones who communicate directly with customers!
