Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage customer communications, both verbal and written, as part of the arrears management process. Ensure compliance by accurately issuing regulatory documentation, including notices such as NOSIA, SNOSIA, Notice of Default, and Termination. Handle customer complaints effectively, identifying, logging, and investigating issues to resolve them at the first point of contact. Proactively manage accounts in arrears through outbound contact to determine the root causes of payment difficulties and explore options to assist customers. Negotiate repayment plans with customers and authorized third parties while considering their individual circumstances. Experience in conducting income and expenditure assessments to identify suitable forbearance options for customers. Understand the litigation process relevant to Hire Purchase agreements regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. Ensure all customer interactions, both written and verbal, comply with FCA regulations and adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
