Join our dynamic team at the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) as the Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. In this full-time role, you will spearhead the development of a comprehensive audience data infrastructure and drive CRM-led, data-informed marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement with fans, players, partners, and stakeholders.
This key position serves as a vital link between customer data architecture, business intelligence, and marketing execution, ensuring EWCF possesses a holistic view of its audience to facilitate effective segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and measurable interactions across multiple channels.
You will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and Digital teams to enable scalable personalization throughout the EWCF ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
CDP Strategy & Audience Architecture
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of EWCF's Customer Data Platform.
Oversee the integration of first-party data from various sources including web, app, ticketing, fantasy, merchandise, broadcast, PR, and offline channels.
Establish identity resolution logic to merge anonymous and known users into cohesive 360° audience profiles.
Partner with BI and Data Engineering to develop ingestion pipelines, data schemas, and audience models.
Define audience taxonomy, behavioral event tracking standards, and segmentation governance.
Ensure compliance with consent, privacy, and data governance regulations in accordance with EWCF policies.
Facilitate real-time and batch audience activation across marketing, digital, and partner platforms.
Act as the primary business owner for CDP vendor selection, roadmap prioritization, and performance analysis.
Gather data requirements and manage project backlog.
CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and optimize lifecycle management.
