What You'll Do
Lead onboarding initiatives for new enterprise customers, assisting them through initial setups and troubleshooting issues as they begin to utilize the LangSmith platform.
Design and deliver engaging, interactive training workshops to equip customer teams with essential product knowledge and best practices in agent engineering.
Create scalable enablement frameworks, including technical tutorials, best-practice documentation, and reference implementations.
Represent the needs of new users by gathering feedback and identifying challenges to inform the product development roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services to establish enablement strategies for potential customers.
