Your Role

As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for leading the engagement with merchants and ensuring the best possible experience for customers reaching out through various channels (Chat, WhatsApp, social media, phone, and app help center). You will address inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, while tracking these interactions, generating reports, and meeting performance indicators for ticket queues and service quality.
