Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide insightful guidance on their service and parts requirements.
Assist in scheduling vehicle service appointments while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Maintain daily communication with Technicians to streamline operations.
Support management with various tasks when necessary.
Help customers identify required parts and offer detailed product information.
Prepare service estimates and communicate recommended work clearly and concisely to customers.
Coordinate with the workshop team to facilitate efficient communication and timely service updates.
Manage parts orders, perform inventory checks, and organize stock effectively.
Address customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized service desk area.
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to comprehend technical information and convey it effectively.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn internal systems (training will be provided).
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability in daily tasks.
