ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Customer Growth Manager for Loyalty, you will report directly to the Director of CRM & Loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include devising, implementing, and analyzing promotional campaigns and loyalty rewards designed to enhance customer engagement, drive repeat purchases, and optimize the lifetime value of our existing customers, all within established financial performance metrics. This strategic position within the Marketing department will involve collaboration across Commercial, Customer Analytics, Finance, and Product teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive operator, combining creative insight with quantitative analysis, and will have a proven history of enhancing promotional outcomes.
