About the Role

The Customer Insight team is the driving force behind our customer-centric strategy, translating data into actionable insights that guide our growth initiatives. By integrating customer, digital, trade, and market signals, we strive to understand how our clients discover, shop, and remain loyal to our brand, continuously enhancing their experience.

The Customer Intelligence Lead plays a crucial role in this team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Insights, you will manage the daily Customer Intelligence agenda, set priorities, define customer performance metrics, and ensure that insights inform key commercial and marketing decisions.

In this position, you will balance hands-on analytics with leadership and influence. You will conduct complex analyses and modeling when necessary, while mentoring a mid-weight Customer Intelligence Analyst and collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM, Digital, and Marketing teams. Your contributions will shape our global customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies, making you a trusted voice on customer performance for senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
