Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce focused environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven ability to manage complex tasks effectively. High proficiency in CRM tools, especially Klaviyo or comparable platforms. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. A genuine passion for the longevity sector and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Role Overview

As the CRM Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Founders and the Marketing team to nurture and expand our revenue streams from existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies across all stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, cross-selling, and win-back, ensuring seamless interactions through email, app, and messaging.
  • Manage email marketing operations: oversee segmentation, campaign strategies, automated workflows, and A/B testing using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Create a customer communication roadmap that incorporates WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app engagements.
  • Design and implement community engagement campaigns to foster long-lasting relationships with subscribers and app users.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand, Performance, and Science teams to ensure alignment of messaging, creative content, and educational materials.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, customer lifetime value, churn, retention, engagement) for continuous improvement of communication strategies.
  • Enhance personalization and automation to ensure timely and relevant messaging to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices in email marketing.
