Role Overview
As the CRM Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Founders and the Marketing team to nurture and expand our revenue streams from existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies across all stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, cross-selling, and win-back, ensuring seamless interactions through email, app, and messaging.
- Manage email marketing operations: oversee segmentation, campaign strategies, automated workflows, and A/B testing using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Create a customer communication roadmap that incorporates WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app engagements.
- Design and implement community engagement campaigns to foster long-lasting relationships with subscribers and app users.
- Work collaboratively with Brand, Performance, and Science teams to ensure alignment of messaging, creative content, and educational materials.
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, customer lifetime value, churn, retention, engagement) for continuous improvement of communication strategies.
- Enhance personalization and automation to ensure timely and relevant messaging to customers.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices in email marketing.
