This Customer Service Consultant role is remote and open to candidates based in the Philippines. The position centers on supporting educators and students who use Wordwall, handling a range of inquiries and collaborating with colleagues online across different time zones.
Main responsibilities
- Guide users through the Wordwall platform and respond to questions via email.
- Handle billing and invoicing issues clearly and efficiently.
- Gather and share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
- Participate in special projects such as updating the help center, assisting with teacher training sessions, and testing new product features.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, including work with international clients.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (C1/C2 proficiency).
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more, with 95% accuracy, for high-volume email support.
- Ability to troubleshoot using internal documentation before escalating issues.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from a home office with a reliable internet connection.
- Familiarity with IT office tools and helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk.
- Willingness to work shifts that may cover various time zones.
- Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or SaaS companies.
- Background in team leadership or supervision.
- Teaching experience.
- Professional experience using a second language.
