Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.• Minimum of two years of retail experience, including a supervisory role in a sales-driven environment.• Strong advanced selling skills.• Proven ability to lead and coach others in a professional setting.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to follow detailed instructions efficiently and in a timely manner.• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a capacity to work independently and collaboratively.• Adaptable to change, able to achieve goals amidst stress and ambiguity.• Proficient in technology relevant to the role, capable of accessing information necessary for daily tasks.• Familiarity with POS and Workforce management systems is a plus.

As a Customer Service Manager at Office Depot, you will collaborate with the management team to create an exceptional customer experience driven by leadership, effective communication, integrity, and a strong passion for our brand. You will guide and support Front End associates while facilitating continuous training on our business model. Additionally, you will work closely with our Print Services team, driving sales and accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction with every interaction. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring associates to build robust relationships and foster an environment that enhances customer retention. You will proactively engage with customers to not only meet but exceed their expectations, ensuring a positive experience while contributing to revenue generation through a strong sales culture. By utilizing advanced selling skills, you will cultivate lasting customer relationships and become a trusted advisor. Embrace your role as a Change Champion by supporting implemented changes effectively.

In this position, you will also serve as a ‘Key Carrier’ and will be recognized as the Leader on Duty during your shifts.
