We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to become a vital part of our customer service team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Proactively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to both new and existing customers.
- Evaluate, prepare, and recommend loan product applications along with maintenance requests.
- Manage customer requests including account openings, online banking inquiries, and various services.
- Guide customers on utilizing automated banking channels such as ATMs, call centers, and online banking platforms.
- Generate new customer leads through personal connections and referrals from existing clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and engage in daily retail sales team discussions.
- Meet monthly objectives for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to our Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
- Handle customer inquiries referred from the call center efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Participate in mandatory training programs to stay current with bank products and services.
- Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
