This Customer Service Representative position is fully remote and acts as the first point of contact for customers. The role centers on managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting service memberships, all while maintaining a high level of service in each interaction.

Main responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and schedule service appointments.
  • Gather accurate information from customers to support proper scheduling and service delivery.
  • Handle concerns with empathy and address objections as they arise.
  • Meet targets for booking rates, call handling times, membership sales, and call volume.
  • Confirm appointments, follow up when needed, and manage outbound scheduling tasks.
  • Promote service memberships, current promotions, and other offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
