Your Role:
The Customer Service Representative serves as a vital operational support function within our Sales Team, rather than a traditional contact center position. As the primary contact for Brooks retailers in the Benelux region and assigned Sales Representatives, you will uphold the high standards of customer service excellence established by the Brooks Customer Service team while actively seeking opportunities to enhance our service.
Our Customer Service team meets the needs of retailers and the Sales team by cultivating strong relationships and providing essential support in order processing, tracking, and performance reviews, as well as sharing in-depth product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication among colleagues in the field, while also liaising daily with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
