We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our B2C Support team in a growth-focused environment.

You will become part of an ambitious and agile SME while benefiting from the stability and strength of a large international group: Indigo Group.

You will be a key contact point for our users, assisting them daily by providing concrete solutions and directly contributing to the quality of the customer experience at BePark. The primary goal of this role is to ensure our clients' satisfaction by ensuring they receive clear answers to their inquiries and effective solutions to their problems promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your main tasks will include:

  1. Handling calls and emails from potential customers and active users
  2. Understanding the needs of potential B2C customers and providing the most suitable parking solutions for their issues.
  3. Tracking sales opportunities until the purchase is finalized.
  4. Responding to requests from existing customers in a timely and accurate manner
  5. Collecting customer feedback and sharing it internally regularly.
