We are on the lookout for a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to champion the adoption of Supabase among our diverse clientele, ranging from innovative startups preparing for their inaugural launch to established enterprises managing substantial workloads.
In this role, CSAs will oversee the complete customer journey, engaging deeply with our most valued users to:
Identify and clarify both business and technical requirements.
Craft and implement tailored technical solutions utilizing the Supabase platform.
Guide customers through proof-of-value implementations.
Conduct ongoing customer interactions to resolve complex inquiries, facilitate adoption, and enhance performance at scale.
Successful CSAs prioritize customer satisfaction, establishing themselves as trusted advisors who comprehend client needs, collaborate as an integral part of their teams, and advocate for their interests within Supabase.
You will join our team dedicated to supporting Supabase Team and Enterprise customers, where you will lead and innovate in the following key areas:
Pre-Sales Discovery
Drive technical discovery to identify business and technical goals, set realistic expectations for the Supabase platform, and establish success criteria that empower customers to achieve their objectives.
Design, build, and deliver compelling demonstrations of the Supabase platform for high-value customers, employing effective storytelling to showcase the platform's value.
Collaborate with Growth team members to evaluate deals, provide estimated usage forecasts, and identify potential workloads supported by the platform.
Proof-of-Value Onboarding
Work closely with customers to define the technical scope of a proof-of-value, ensuring they recognize the benefits of the Supabase platform while minimizing risks associated with adoption.
Establish timelines, business outcomes, and success metrics for proof-of-value projects, ensuring customers feel confident in proceeding after completion.
