As a Customer Success Account Executive, you will oversee a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the adoption of our software solutions. Your role will involve maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring revenue retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre and post-sales process.
- Retain and grow revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key accounts, including business profiles, key players, and purchasing processes.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction through the proper deployment of resources.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from creation to closure.
- Design and implement effective sales campaigns for key account penetration.
- Lead and participate in internal virtual account team meetings.
