What You'll Do:Identify target opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, and proactively develop strategic customer relationships focused on retention. Handle requests from your assigned accounts, including technical support escalations, billing inquiries, and documentation/enablement requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Adapt account management strategies based on varying customer requirements efficiently. Serve as an advisor to customers, ensuring they leverage our solutions effectively. Monitor and analyze usage trends to identify renewal risks and support higher adoption rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams, including support, product, finance, and legal. Who You Are:Customer-focused, always seeking to deliver maximum value. A motivated individual eager to build a career in Customer Success. A strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills and sharp attention to detail. Experienced in independently negotiating contract terms and resolving pricing objections during upsell/cross-sell activities.1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role with a desire to advance in Customer Success.
