Role Purpose
The Customer Success Management team is committed to enhancing customer retention and maximizing value through effective performance reviews and support in achieving business objectives. Our aim is to transform every customer into a passionate, long-term advocate for Keyloop, which we measure through high retention, strong satisfaction (NPS), and sustained revenue growth.
 
The Customer Success Manager will report to the Head of Customer Success and will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of accounts to achieve expected value and growth. This pivotal role involves collaboration with customers, sales, professional services, customer support, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and success. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer relationship, analytical, and upselling skills.
