Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles focused on customer engagement. A genuine passion for advocating on behalf of customers, acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB. A strong technical mindset; while we will provide training on MongoDB and databases, you should be curious and eager to understand these concepts. The ability to operate autonomously, taking full ownership of your customer portfolio and making critical decisions that drive customer success. An entrepreneurial spirit, capable of innovating processes and practices tailored to serve our customer segment effectively. A collaborative nature, working closely with our strategic growth customers and aligning with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services, and the broader MongoDB ecosystem. Previous experience with database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is advantageous. Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
