This is a remote role open to candidates located in Latin America, and it requires full fluency in English to effectively support our U. S. clients during Eastern Standard Time hours.
Role Overview
Whippy is on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who will take ownership of post-sale customer outcomes from start to finish. Unlike traditional customer success roles that focus solely on relationship management, this position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities.
As the primary contact for your accounts, you will oversee onboarding, solution design, AI agent configuration, workflow optimization, and long-term growth strategies. Your role will involve working directly with customers to translate their business needs into scalable system designs, ensuring Whippy's solutions are seamlessly integrated into their core processes.
This role requires a blend of customer success expertise, solution design skills, and light technical architecture knowledge. You will need to navigate ambiguity, recommend effective strategies, and take ownership of tangible business outcomes.
Your Work Environment
Position available for Remote Residents in LATAM. Candidates who can work hybrid from our Buenos Aires, Argentina office (WeWork Vicente Lopez) will be given preference.
Full English fluency is essential.
Availability to support U. S. customers during EST hours is required.
Responsibilities
Become a Whippy Expert
Gain deep knowledge of the Whippy platform, covering AI agents, automations, integrations, and analytics.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on ROI and workflow enhancements.
Manage Customer Relationships
Take ownership of post-sale customer outcomes through onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for your assigned accounts.
Design and Implement AI Solutions
Collaborate with customers to design and deploy tailored AI solutions that meet their specific needs.
