The Role
 
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Scaled, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of over 100 customers, ensuring their ongoing success with SafetyCulture. Your role will focus on enhancing customer retention, adoption, and growth through insightful data analysis and scalable engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
