The ideal candidate will have:At least 3 years of demonstrated success in customer service within a professional setting. A friendly and professional demeanor on the phone. Strong leadership and motivational capabilities. Exceptional listening skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Competence in utilizing social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment. Ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. Independence in taking initiative beyond basic requirements. A positive attitude and a passion for assisting customers in meeting their needs. A quick learning ability with a strong technical aptitude. Preferred Qualifications:Experience or knowledge in workforce training/learning. Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) concepts. Experience with other relevant software.

  • Assist in troubleshooting client problems effectively.
  • Oversee customer relationships from onboarding through account management to renewal.
  • Contribute to our clients' success by ensuring they leverage our platform to its fullest potential.
  • Participate in local, national, and international marketing events.
  • Foster relationships to encourage repeat business and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Identify future sales opportunities, including account expansion.
  • Proactively create avenues for new business with existing customers.
  • Effectively manage multiple client relationships.
  • Establish rapport with customers and potential clients.
