Your Impact on the Team
We seek a dedicated Customer Success Representative passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, your contributions will empower our clients to thrive using the world's most secure payment platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service via email, chat, and voice communication.
- Delivering accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Flagging transactions and collaborating with the payments team.
- Identifying and reporting potential fraud issues.
- Investigating customer complaints and proposing effective solutions.
- Ensuring follow-through on agreed-upon remedies.
- Promoting the unique features and benefits of using Escrow.com.
- Adapting work practices as directed by management.
- Adhering to Escrow policies and procedures.
- Actively participating in team meetings, training, and calibration sessions.
- Offering suggestions for process improvements.
- Executing other related duties, including productivity reporting and meeting minutes.
