Your Role:
● Engage with clients early in their journey, leading product demonstrations tailored to their specific use cases.
● Conduct thorough preparation for each demo and onboarding session by researching clients and understanding their business models.
● Serve as a product ambassador to clients, adeptly translating features into tangible business benefits.
● Manage the entire onboarding process, from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase, ensuring transparency in timelines, dependencies, and progress across all accounts.
● Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining clarity on each account's status and next steps.
● Execute hands-on implementation tasks, including SDK/API integrations and tracking setups, validating processes to ensure accuracy.
● Proactively provide clients with necessary documentation, checklists, and follow-up steps without waiting for inquiries.
● Act as a liaison across departments (Sales, Tech, Product, Support), ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.
● Identify potential risks early on, addressing delays or misalignments before they escalate into client issues.
● Take full responsibility for resolving issues and blockers, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
● Guarantee that every client is onboarded successfully, instilling confidence and readiness to scale from day one.
