As a vital member of our team, the Customer Success Trainer will spearhead the development, support, and enhancement of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). This dynamic role integrates coaching, quality assurance, and training delivery, ensuring our CSMs are well-prepared to foster enduring client success.
 
The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in coaching CSMs or similar client-facing roles, bringing a systematic approach to performance enhancement. We welcome applications from former BPO trainers with a robust quality assurance background.
