As a Customer Support Agent focused on the German-speaking market, you will be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Address inquiries and provide support regarding our POS solutions for merchants.
  • Engage in continuous process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
