As a Customer Support Analyst II, you will be a vital member of the PDI POS Solutions Support team, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
 
In this role, Customer Support Analysts serve as the first line of customer support, providing attentive service and ongoing technical assistance. This position primarily focuses on second-level application support, case and issue management, guiding users, investigating problems, and resolving issues. You will manage the entire process, from logging initial customer inquiries into our call logging system to ensuring effective resolution. Our aim is to provide a consistently high-quality and efficient response to users while adhering to customer and internal reporting standards. The Analyst will also engage in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of PDI systems and processes throughout the organization. We are dedicated to recruiting and developing exceptional professionals who can leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions for our clients while maintaining our commitment to world-class customer service. This role demands a certain level of technical expertise and a willingness to enhance this knowledge alongside functional skills, offering the right candidate opportunities for career advancement along technical or functional paths.
 
Working hours are on a rotating shift basis, covering 4 days on and 4 days off, from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00 (current shifts are 7am - 7pm and 9am - 9pm), subject to change based on business needs. Attendance at meetings, training sessions, or out-of-hours support during evenings, weekends, and holidays may also be required.
 
This position is based at our office in Southampton, UK, and requires a hybrid working arrangement.
