Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with the commercial team. You will be part of a Customer Success team consisting of approximately 32 colleagues and three team leaders, ensuring that client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Most client interactions will occur through a ticketing system (Freshdesk), email, and phone, with around 70% of communications via email and 30% through calls.
You will assist clients with inquiries regarding our products and services while identifying commercial opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Support business customers with inquiries related to our products and services.
Handle customer inquiries via Freshdesk, email, and phone.
Document customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as contract management and invoicing.
Identify commercial opportunities and relay them to the sales team.
Contribute to the improvement of customer processes and service.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Success, sales, and other teams.
