Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with the commercial team. You will be part of a Customer Success team consisting of approximately 32 colleagues and three team leaders, ensuring that client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Most client interactions will occur through a ticketing system (Freshdesk), email, and phone, with around 70% of communications via email and 30% through calls.

You will assist clients with inquiries regarding our products and services while identifying commercial opportunities for the sales team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support business customers with inquiries related to our products and services.

  • Handle customer inquiries via Freshdesk, email, and phone.

  • Document customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.

  • Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as contract management and invoicing.

  • Identify commercial opportunities and relay them to the sales team.

  • Contribute to the improvement of customer processes and service.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Success, sales, and other teams.
